All doors and windows are in, plumbing has been run, and with the exception of the surround sound speakers that were pre-wired backwards, the rough work is finished.  Insulation and drywall should be going up in the near future, and we're scheduled to close on February 18th (although I'm pushing to get this moved up, as our lease on the apartment expires February 17th).
